Veneers

Laminated porcelain facings that are made in a dental lab and cemented over the front of your natural teeth. People who have discolored teeth are usually very pleased with this solution, as it is less invasive than preparing teeth for conventional crowning. These porcelain laminates are adhesively bonded to the surface of a tooth to correct and repair chips and cracks will improve a worn appearance or severe tooth discoloration. Veneers may also be recommended if you have gaps in your teeth or if you have not had success with teeth whitening.

Bonding

A term used for facings much like a veneer, except it is made of composite resin instead of porcelain, without a dental lab. Because they are resins, they do not last as long as porcelain veneers, and they can discolor with age. Chipped, broken, discolored or decayed teeth can be corrected using a dental composite material with the look of enamel and dentin is applied into the cavity or onto the surface of a tooth, where it is then sculpted into shape, contoured and hardened with a high-intensity light.

Inlays/Onlays

Also known as indirect fillings, inlays and onlays made from porcelain or composite materials are a long-lasting yet cosmetic way to provide a "filling" to teeth with tooth decay or similar structural damage. Whereas dental fillings are molded into place within the mouth during a dental visit, inlays and onlays are created in a dental laboratory before being fitted and adhesively bonded into place by your dentist.

Tooth whitening (or bleaching) is a simple, non-invasive dental treatment used to change the color of natural tooth enamel and is an ideal way to enhance the beauty of your smile. Impressions (molds) will be made of your teeth to fabricate custom, clear plastic, take-home trays which you will need to maintain the new whiteness of your teeth (once a month). The color of your teeth changes based on your daily habits. A touch-up may be needed especially if you smoke, drink coffee, tea, or wine. Each tube of take home bleach should last 6 months until your next preventive cleaning appointment when you will be given a new tube of bleach for the next 6 months. At each six month preventive visit, we will give you a complimentary touch up tube of bleaching gel.

Removable Dentures and Partial Dentures

An option for those who have lost some or all of their teeth. They can be fabricated in a lab, and in many cases, implants can be used to aid in the support and function of the denture. For patients with cosmetic concerns, we can create a cosmetic partial denture so that no "clasps" will be visible. Root-Canal Treatment

Endodontics, or root-canal therapy is a procedure where the nerve and associated blood-vessels are removed from the tooth and replaced with a material to fill the void. The most common reasons for needing a root canal are: extensive tooth decay, a large cavity under a filling or crown, a dental abscess, the fracture of a tooth. The most common symptom is a toothache. When we suspect that a patient may need a root canal, we take an X-ray to determine if there is an abscess. Sometimes, however, the abscess is not visible yet so we value your description and other secondary diagnostic signs, to decide if a root canal is needed.

Invisible braces are the clear alternative to metal braces. These clear aligners are virtually invisible as well as removable. This method of orthodontic treatment which uses a series of clear, removable teeth aligners is used as an alternative to traditional metal braces.
